When I arrived at self checkout, staff member seemed very uncertain if what to do when I pointed out the bar code on an item was incomplete. She wavered so I told her I would run and get another of same item to scan. Won't return to this store

I have been using this pharmacy for about 4 years and the service only gets worse as time goes on. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a popular opinion. This pharmacy should do some customer service training. Their support staff is great so I gave them 2 stars.
