  Terrible experience there, They take almost a month to fill out my form and there's only a doctor in that office. I have to wait almost a month for a form, they said they explain everything but is not true, they send us to different place for a lab and wait another week until the doctor come back. Don't waste your money there. Very unprofessional.

  My name is Danuta and I had an appointment with Dr Muzykansky for knee pain. I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at Adult Primary Care. From the front desk, to the nurses, and Dr Muzykansky. Each and everyone of them was courteous, professional, and made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. My experience at this facility was the best I have ever encountered at a doctors office.I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. A quick update on my knee pain: there is no pain I'm dancing at Weddings and after a 10 hour work day I come home and keep going because I'm not in any pain. Dr Muzykansky is my hero!

  I was scheduled into appointment with Eugene A. Muzykansky. I told Eugene I’ve been to a doctors before to get x-rays and proceeded to tell Eugene they referred me to a physical therapist but I didn’t know the referral’s expires. Then I proceeded to tell Eugene that they where charging me an arm and a leg so I didn’t want to go to the other doctors again. Eugene said he doesn’t understand what I am telling him so I show him how far I can bend backwards and Eugene does not seem any interest to care what I am telling him. Eugene told me he is not any cheaper than my other doctors and I said I will know after I get referred to what I need to go to. I also asked Eugene if I can get my blood drawn and tested to make sure everything on the inside is okay and Eugene told me he has no idea what I am talking about then proceeded to laugh about it. I told Eugene I’m not really sure what you guys check but to make sure I have like no cancer or lung disease or something. Eugene seemed to have a problem trying to figure out what is wrong with me. Eugene said since I am focused on the cost he can not help me here. I said no I already have my insurance I don’t care about the price until afterwards, I simple just need help. Eugene said no our conversation is over and didn’t even show me the way out just walks away. I had to ask him where do I go to leave and points with a grunt on his face and i proceeded to tell him this is my first time here how am I supposed to know where to leave this building. They have you sign this privacy form but do not give you the form unless you ask. The nurse who took my weight said it was a waste since they would find it everywhere even though it should be attached to the paper you are signing. I am 22 years old with serve back issues and within a 10 minute conversation Eugene denies my service. If you go here never go to EUGENE HORRIBLE SERVICE. HAS NO CARE FOR PATIENTS.

  Had my first visit today with Joann "NP". She was very through and listened to every thing I said. I did not feel like I was just part of cattle call.
