Then, when I do get through they put me on hold for extended periods of time only to find out they have mistakenly transferred me to another department of the store. Multiple times this has happened, then I finally get transferred back to the pharmacy and they tell me that I have to hold AGAIN because now there are multiple calls before me. The first time this happened it took me 30 minutes to get through to the pharmacist, Summer. When I explained what happened she was extremely rude and unapologetic. Terrible service and no respect for their customers.
