  I was referred to this place for therapy. When I tell you I haven't even met this lady. Dr. Effort. She was pushy and rude the very 1st phone call. How are you going to call my phone acting like I'm looking for a job? Saying things like I might not be a good fit or questions with no context. I may have not had all the answers at the moment but Who talks that way to people who need counseling? Her attitude was nasty, I wouldn't trust a person with my personal information about my life, especially if they are rude and pushy over the phone. Very unprofessional.

  Ariana has helped me in many different ways. She is so compassionate but also so very real with you. I truly appreciate her and all she’s done to help me along on my path.

  I’ve been working with Naomi for a long time and I can honestly say if I wasn’t for her help I wouldn’t be here. She has seen me through some of the darkest points in my life and given me skills I now can pass on to my friends and family. I’m incredibly thankful for her therapy work.

  Honestly working with Dr Effort has had the greatest effect on my life. I came to her about seven years ago, and she has helped me so much. She has allowed me to have a better quality of life a life I thought I would never have. Working with Dr Effort on cognitive behavioral therapy helped me to recognize so much about myself. Just talking her opens my eyes to so much. She is simply a blessing to my life and my family's life. I am forever grateful and thankful to GOD for all Dr. Effort has done for me and I am sure she is so essential to her other clients. Their are not enough words to describe how awesome she is.
