I came in to get my Warby Parker glasses tightened and cleaned and Julinda was incredibly thorough! She took the time to assess how loose they were and double checked her adjustments. She was generous with her time and entirely focused on me. She was personable and knowledgeable about my glasses and their more recent frames. Julinda has stellar customer service skills and I’ll schedule my eye appointment at this Warby Parker because of the care and focus she provided.

I visited the store in person because my perscription confused me and I wanted to connect with someone live. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and the process was very easy. I ended up with two different pairs than what I had originally decided on virtually!

I was quickly greeted and pointed in the right direction to pick out a couple pairs of glasses. Within 10 minutes, my glasses were ordered, paid for, and I was told they would be shipped to my house within two weeks. Very efficient and friendly service.

I went in to have my frames adjusted and I was done and gone in 5 minutes. A week later I was having issues with my glasses so I went back to my optometrist to check my glasses and they were made correctly so I was re-examed and my prescription changed. I called Warby Parker in Oak Brook and they updated and ordered my new glasses while we were on the call. This location has the best customer service I've ever had. You now have a customer for life. Keep up the good work. I would give you more stars if possible.
