  Purchased a pair of sunglasses here about a month ago. Online their return policy is 40 days, but if you purchase the glasses in-store their return policy is literally only 5 days. Wasn't told this when I purchased the glasses at this boutique. Absolutely makes no sense that their in-store return policy is only 5 days but if you buy them online, its 40 days. Now I'm stuck with a pair of $600 sun glasses that I dont wear.

  Michelle was awesome. Picked out great new frames and updated the lenses in my old ones! I’ve been wearing OP since the 1980’s…they never disappoint!

  Great Service! I wanted to get new lenses in my glasses and I live hours away from this location and Kiki helped me through the whole process, including sending multiple pictures, walked me through all my options and overnighted the glasses for me. Outstanding customer service! Highly recommend!!!

  Oliver People’s Oak Brook usually provides great service but it’s exceptionally when Alexis is there.

  I see all the five star reviews, so I’m a little taken a back when arrive at the store to look for sunglasses, find a Note on the door returning at 3:45 - who closes a places of business for any period of time within Oak Brook Mall? Completely ridiculous!
