  Absolutely ridiculous. I was on hold for 45 minutes to talk to a nurse about my child. When I finally get someone on the phone, I get transferred to another line where I am placed on hold for an additional 10 mins just for a recording to tell my that there is system issues and to try back at a later time. When I called directly back the office is closed. I'm so sick of the laziness. Go find a different job if you hate yours that much. Better yet, don't work for a place that cares for people's sick kids.

  This office has significantly gone downhill over the past year. I have have been coming here for the he past 4 years since my son was born. The care has gone way down. Dr Ghandi is rude and acts like you’re wasting your time. She will lecture you about how “kids get sick” before she even looks at the child. Then when you follow HER instructions the rest of the staff act like they have absolutely no clue what’s going on and will tell you they will return your call after speaking to the dr. They do not return your phone call the same day even after saying they will. I have lost all faith in this practice.

  Never again will I take my children to this office. On top of extremely rude front desk people that act as though nothing but sitting at the front desk is their job, you get treated as though you, the patient, are the problem. After having a sick child and calling to make an appointment AND making an appointment, we were told we didn’t have an appointment and to take him to ER. No, I made an appointment with his doctor to AVOID the ER. If your not going to see my child when he is sick or tell me we don’t have an appointment when it was made just hours before, we will be going to a doctor that actually cares about their sick patients and doesn’t try to send them to the ER when that’s the purpose of a pediatrician. I guess if you want a doctors office that cares about just giving shots, not seeing your child when they are sick, and extremely rude staff, here’s your doctor!

  Wonderful staff and friendly doctor
