  Lets just say you will get more compassion from the front desk than you will from a certain nurse practitioner. I just hope (the NP that we dealt with that day) that a LPN, PA, etc., will never treat you like you did my husband. This NP never made eye contact, never examined the effected area or showed any concern with his condition. She made us feel like we were waisting her time being there. She ignored her assistant when she replied "the screen is on my account that may be why you can't read his results". She spent more time fighting the computer screen instead of listening. She then just flat out asked us "well, what do you expect to get out of this visit?" I replied, "he is unable to walk and work, what can we do?" The NP replies, without hesitating, "I can give him crutches". Ok......it's time to leave! She never tried to stop us, ask why we were upset, etc. She needs to not work in this profession.

  Been here for 4 hours with a patient with chest pain. After checkin, nothing has been done. Recommend going anywhere else.
