I think because she is a former dancer , she understands the movement of the body, she knows the muscles too. She is honest and playful. .I look forward to our weekly sessions.

About 8 months ago I had a herniated disc. PT and a steroid shot helped, but I knew I needed to make some changes and figure out an ongoing plan to improve mobility and control pain. In just 2 months with private sessions, I see a huge improvement. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sandy. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience, and surprises me with how many different exercises she comes up with in a single session. One on one sessions with instant corrections ensures I am getting the most out of my sessions! Thank you!!!

After pursuing multiple treatment modalities including oral medications, epidural steriod injections, physical therapy, and supervised weight training, I have found Pilates incredibly helpful in decreasing my pain. The entire staff has been exceptional. Special shouts out to Tami and Stephen. My workout regimen has been tailored to fit my needs. I highly recommended this excellent Pilates studio. They have done wonders for me.
