He understands the potential of each client as well as their limitations and makes accommodations. Nick personalizes his training program to fit the needs of each client. Nick is a smart, patient, thoughtful and dedicated individual. He pushes his clients to meet their potential at a pace that avoids injuries yet moves them forward at a steady pace. Over the past ten years, Nick has helped me more than any other trainer or physical therapist ever has. Nick has provided me the incredible opportunity to increase my strength, endurance and confidence. I am able to do things that I had not been capable of for many years.   I am so happy with my results! This is the best workout for someone who wants to build/maintain their strength while they age so that they can continue an active lifestyle. The perfect combination of personal training and physical therapy. Nick and the team work WITH the issues to rebuild strength. Absolutely the best!
