The medical care provider by the physician and nursing staff was professional and met expectations. Unfortunately, The experience at the front desk did not reflect the same standard of professionalism. The receptionist Red hair. T request a vision identification number, which is not required. Initially, only my insurance information was requested and provided. I was informed that because the appointment took place in Saturday my insurance benefits could not be verified. As a result I was charged $69 , and I was also advised my eyeglasses couldn't be processed. Subsequently, upon contacting Premier eye Care. I was informed that benefit verification can be completed anytime and that my eye examination and eyewear are fully covered. This situation demonstrates a concerning lack of accuracy transparency and customer service at the front desk. The misinformation provided caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense. Giving this level of costumer service it's difficult to confidently recommend this practice to family members or friends.

I walked in for an appointment and filled out all the paperwork, was scheduled for a 1:20 PM appointment. I was told that I was going to be seen sooner at 1 PM. I was not seen at my scheduled time. I was told to wait extra 20 minutes by the front desk or standing and laughing. For over one hour and was not seen. Very unprofessional very rude.

Had a great experience today! Adrian who helped me was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They made the whole process of choosing frames and getting my prescription sorted really easy. Customer service like that makes a big difference. Highly recommend!”

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
