  Spoke with Alex on the phone and she count not get me fast enough off the phone. No compassion or guidance such a disappointed moment. When you’re in need of help you don’t need people to be rude and she was just rude .

  I have been working with Home Instead Northbrook since December, and it has been a very positive experience. The management team is VERY SUPPORTIVE ( Ryan, Emma, Alexandra, Natalie...) The team work is strong, and training prepares us to provide high quality, compassionate care. The focus on client dignity and well-being truly stands out. I want to share my story here. During the holiday, I went to the office about a missing payment and I realized I had written the wrong routing number. Even though it was her day off, the owner Mrs.Fran came in and personally wrote me a check. Ryan, director of client services helped the paperwork and ordered lunch for me and even arranged a taxi home. That kindness meant a lot to me it showed how much the company cares about its employees, and it motivates me to always give my best to our clients. Home Instead Northbrook is the BEST place to work and the BEST place for your loved ones to be taken care of.

This is not just a job for them — they truly care about people. The kindness, respect, and warmth they show is something you don’t see everywhere. They treat everyone with dignity and make people feel safe, valued, and not alone. Knowing that there are people like this caring for others brings me so much peace and gratitude.   When i got my job July, 2025. My focus was only do my work and get paid, but the focus changed from the very first day of my orientation. The material used, the office set up and the management team. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. The wonderful experience was all the help I got from the team. The company don’t just send you, to a client home. They go with you and assist you with love to make sure our client’ gets the best help they need. The company makes sure the Care-pro and client are getting a full support both mental and physical. I always recommend Home instead - Northbrook, IL 344. As the best! We trained to live a mark of hope, safety, respect and smile. Our client is the best creature on the planet.
