The management team is VERY SUPPORTIVE ( Ryan, Emma, Alexandra, Natalie...) The team work is strong, and training prepares us to provide high quality, compassionate care. The focus on client dignity and well-being truly stands out. I want to share my story here. During the holiday, I went to the office about a missing payment and I realized I had written the wrong routing number. Even though it was her day off, the owner Mrs.Fran came in and personally wrote me a check. Ryan, director of client services helped the paperwork and ordered lunch for me and even arranged a taxi home. That kindness meant a lot to me it showed how much the company cares about its employees, and it motivates me to always give my best to our clients.
