She is personable, professional and encouraging and I like her very much. The young man who helped me was very nice, too. My only suggestion for improvement is to simplify the process of putting prescriptions into the forms on line. (Your software) It seemed to take a really long time, other people came in and had to wait.

My eye exam was so thorough, using the newest & highest tech equipment. I always leave feeling well cared for, and with flawlessly prescribed & fitted glasses.
