  Do not go here to get your exam, frames or lenses. They extremely rude when you call them to provide you with an itemized invoice of what your making a deposit for. I kept on asking them for my itemized invoice the person taking care of me just kept on using a calculator and a post it and telling me how much would be my deposit. They stated I would get my invoice in my email which till this day have not received it. I called back the next morning to cancel my transaction of my entire purchase because my insurance had told me that they had only one claim for the amount of $420.93 which was my portion for the frames and lens. I explained to my insurance that they told me I would still owe them $300 they stated that was false that I didn't have any other claim in my insurance for $300. They advised me to also cancel and I was at my right to retract the visit and get my full refund. For them misleading and not providing me with my itemized receipt once I made my deposit. Not only that I paid for an extra exam and there doctor didn't even provide me with a pressure exam which all doctors do. As I review more reviews it turns out this office is known for lies and deception when it comes down to being honest to a patient. I also stated the same thing to the doctor when she stated I needed 2 pair of glasses one for far and one for my computer. I told her I didn't want the ones for the computer because they give me migraine headaches and I've tried them before. She stated that I could try them and if I want happy with the purchase I could return them with no problem. But apparently from previous reviews they do give you problems. I have submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint against them, and also with my vision insurance, and my bank.

  Best experience buying Glasses! Big Juan stayed late to accommodate. Was very up front and transparent. Will not buy glasses anywhere else
