Everyone here is so friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Simon is GREAT!!! He did a wonderful job going through the tests with me and was a pleasure to talk to. Mary Ann helped me pick out frames, then Kayla checked me out. Smooth, easy process.

Now deal with Janay the assistant manager At the Norridge, Illinois location I am Mobility impaired and Janae is absolutely wonderful. I only come in when she’s here. She’s a wonderful manager. You should give her a raise.

He knew what I was looking for as soon as I told him what I wanted. At the day of the pick up of my glasses Mary Ann helped me and she was very nice. Totally recommend this location.
