My wife asked if I needed to pick up a prescription (while I returned home after surgery) and when she brought it home I learned I she was charged $51! When I complained I was told they had a problem with my insurance so they used their store discount card (without my permission) and since my wife paid for it and left the store I'm stuck paying over 4.5 times what I should pay!
