I came in with 2 prescriptions and I downloaded coupons off of GoodRX app. Anyways when one medication was priced at 11$ and the other at 6$ so when the pharmacist rang me out i was charged 30$ and i asked why and she gave me an attitude and told me that she was not going to honor my GoodRX coupons.. she was very unprofessional and not polite at all... this was my very first time at a jewel osco pharmacy and it will be my last... I went to Mariano's once before with a GoodRX coupon and had no problem... and the lady at drop off at jewel osco pharmacy was not so nice either. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I felt like I was not welcomed and very uncomfortable! And when I asked the pharmacist information about the medication she acted like she did not want to educate me about potential side effects of the meds... I felt rushed aswell
