- BCBill ConradJan 30, 20261.0This pharmacy is totally discombobulated! Use it at your own risk! I recently went to get my heart medication refilled and told the pharmacist that she should work with my cardiologist and I gave her the name. I came back to the pharmacy to pick up the refill and was told that they had any refill requeat from me! What? I gave her the name of the medication which she looked up and told me, Oh Yeah. We called and your doctor did not elect to refill the prescription. I asked if they called my cardiologist which I had advised. They said no. They called my general practioner. What. Totally unprofessional and massively poor customer service. Today I went i. To renew a new cardiac medication. The pharmacist told me that I already picked up that medication on January 24th. I picked up medications but not the medication I was requesting today. I contacted my wife who said we did not have this refill and were working with an older to supply. Pharmacist blamed me and said she would not contact the doctor for the refill. She told me I should work with another pharmacy. Best advice I have ever received from them. I moved my medications over to Walgreens. Enough is enough. Run as fas as you can from this totally unprofessional and customer unfriendly pharmacy!
