  My wife and I have had nothing but great experiences at this store. The manager Julie is one of the nicest, most helpful people around. She genuinely cares about her customers. Thanks to her, our Pro Membership has saved us so much money on supplements. This store always has items in stock and if they don't they get them delivered to your home in a couple days. I highly recommend going in and seeing Julie and the rest of her staff who are just as nice and helpful.

  I visited this GNC location to purchase acetyl-L-carnitine and was helped by the store manager, Julie. I wasn’t given a receipt at checkout, and after inspecting the product in my car, I realized it contained an ingredient I couldn’t consume. I went back in to request a return or exchange, but Julie told me she couldn’t help without a receipt—despite having just served me minutes earlier. When I mentioned GNC’s return policy allows for store credit without a receipt, she remained dismissive and even condescending. I asked for some understanding, especially since I hadn’t been given a receipt in the first place. Shockingly, she asked me to leave and not return, claiming she felt uncomfortable, even though I remained respectful throughout. Unfortunately, I left with a product I can’t use and a poor impression of the customer service here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—Vitamin Shoppe has better prices and friendlier service.

  Gia was super helpful picking out creatine gummies and helped me go pro and save money on Dymatize shakes.

  Great Store! Bad reputation in past from previous owners but has completely changed since middle of 24'. Julie is a Great Manager! She also has a very helpful employee in Gia 🙂

  The guy working today when I went in during the evening was very nice ! I bought a protein cookie , it was so yummy . I am mesmerized by the store ! They have protein pop tarts , cinnamon rolls , fruit snacks ! You name it , they have it ! They make snacking healthy . I’m a big snacker and instead of eating less just eat better !! This is perfect! Also I applied last night , hope I get an interview ! I love this place !
