- RDRubi DevFeb 4, 20261.0Very poor service. While the doctor seems knowledgeable, the clinic is extremely disorganized and unresponsive. I visited Dr. Koul on January 21, 2026, for my annual checkup and completed the required blood work. The results were sent to the clinic on January 27, 2026, showing abnormal levels. However, no one from the clinic contacted me about these results. I had to repeatedly call and follow up every day just to get someone to respond. Finally, on January 30, a nurse informed me that I needed medication and said the prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. Unfortunately, nothing was done. I continued calling on February 1 and afterward. Each time I was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. Today, when the doctor finally contacted me, I was told to schedule another appointment just to receive the prescription. This was very frustrating and unfair. This feels like unnecessary repeat visits with no proper follow up or treatment. As a patient, I expected timely communication and appropriate care especially when test results are abnormal. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this clinic due to poor communication, lack of follow through, and unprofessional service.
