  I asked to have my blood pressure checked, but one woman first refused and then told me to wait about 20 minutes. I waited around 25 minutes, but she never came back to help me. Two days earlier, there was a man working there who was very friendly and helpful — he checked my blood pressure without any issues. But this woman, a blonde lady, was rude and very unprofessional. She even said they didn’t have a blood pressure machine, which wasn’t true

  I love this pharmacy! Liz, Kevin and the techs are so friendly and knowledgeable. If I have questions, they have the answers and are often smiling! I won’t go anywhere else!

  Incompetent. We were in from out of town and knew we'd need to refill our pet's medicine. Since our pet cannot miss a dose, we wanted to make sure we had it at the right time, and went to the pharmacy talk with the pharmacist a few days in advance of the refill date. He looked up the script, assured us that they had the medicine in stock, and told us that he was putting the refill in for processing so we could pick it up the day after Christmas. On the 26th, not only was it not ready, they needed a new prescription from the vet, and it was out of stock. We were told meds were on order and to come back the next day after 1 pm. Next day at 3 pm, meds still aren't ready. We come back later only to find out they didn't even get the right dosages ordered. Completely ridiculous that it took 4 trips to fill a prescription and that the pharmacists continuously provided us with bad information about the status of critical medication.
