For every prescription, I have to ask my doctors to resubmit my prescription. When I have complained, they apologize and occasionally provide with a 20% off grocery coupon. However, none of this actually solves the problem. I am switching to Walgreens today because I can be ensured my vital prescriptions will be filled in a timely fashion.
