Stephine really is amazing. I’ve had really good personal trainers before but none as good as Stephine. She intuitively knows when to push me harder and when to back off, and finds creative ways to keep me motivated. She really invests in her clients and cares about their well-being. She knows what it’s like to be really overweight and how hard it is to lose weight. She can get you there when no one else can. I didn’t believe these reviews about her until I tried her out for myself. She’s the real deal.
