  The team here was GREAT. super easy. Super quick. Helped me get a cotton swab out of my ear no problem. Sehar and Monika, excellent customer service literally treated me super fast to help me deal with a stressful situation. I had a cotton swab stuck in my ear and it was causing me a lot of pain and other places were giving me a hard time. Going to charge me a lot more. And they even made sure they could get it out before they made me pay for anything. I really appreciated that. Great practice great customer service. I would highly recommend.

  I have had several great experiences at Pulse (compared with some other urgent cares). Check-in was quick, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen, even without an appointment. The staff was friendly and professional, the facility was clean and well-organized, which is reassuring when you're not feeling well. AND my prescription was sent to the correct pharmacy location too :) Highly recommend Pulse Urgent Care if you need quick medical attention in Naperville!

  I’ll be honest — I came in with a Groupon, and we all know that sometimes means you’re setting yourself up for subpar service. Not here. Not even close. Every single staff member interaction was a 10 out of 10. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond. It didn’t matter that I was a Groupon customer, I was treated like their most valued patient. I have to give a special shoutout to Michelle, the vein practice manager, she is absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience seamless and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Patel is incredible. She is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly takes the time to listen. Thanks to this team, I finally have my summer legs back! And on top of that, they are helping me navigate insurance for the stenosis in my leg that has been bothering me, that kind of support and advocacy for your patients is rare and so appreciated. What I love most about Pulse Vein Care is their dedication to preventative care. They’re not just treating symptoms, they’re invested in your long-term health and wellbeing. If you’re on the fence, just go. You will not be disappointed. This practice is doing it right, and I’ll absolutely be back!

  Pulse provides a top notch experience - every staff member was super friendly and welcoming to my young daughter so she was excited by the process instead of scared. The facility was clean and inviting and the entire process was so efficient. It was the opposite of any negative stereotypes of an urgent care experience! We will certainly be coming back with any future urgent care needs!

  I haven’t personally received medical care here, but I recently spent some time at Pulse Urgent Care in Naperville and wanted to share my impression of the clinic and staff. What stood out immediately was how kind and welcoming everyone was. The staff interacted with patients in a respectful, calm, and genuinely caring way, which made the environment feel very comfortable. It’s clear that the team works well together and treats people with compassion. The clinic itself was also very clean and well-maintained. The space looked organized, professional, and clearly cared for, which says a lot about the standards they keep for their patients. Even just observing the atmosphere and how the staff treat people, it left a very positive impression. If the quality of care reflects the professionalism and kindness I witnessed, patients are in very good hands.
