- RSRocco SarliOct 20, 20201.0Ordered new lenses which was not an issue. I received a call telling me there were ready to bring in the frames but to a different location. Wheaton was where o had to bring them on Saturday. I was told they would be ready Monday, then received a call the glasses were ready so I proceeded to state I would pick them up Tuesday at 6. I went to Wheaton and was rudely told” you didn’t show up so we went them to the Naperville location”. Had to drive another 30 mins to the original location. To pick them up for someone to tell me I don’t understand the confusion. Here is a novel concept, explain you your customer a where they should be picked up from. Be upfront and improve you communication with clients. I would not recommend going to any Pearle Vision ever again. You have lost my business.
