I pre-schedule my appointments a month at a time and they always run on schedule. They check my weight, health stats, and body composition at every visit and we discuss everything that I experienced that helped or hindered my success over the past week. I appreciate and acknowledge that the support of the staff, their positivity, and all of the tools that they have to offer me in my better health journey have assisted me in reaching goals much easier and faster than ever before!

I didn’t like how that made me feel so I would rather not to even take the pills to come back as if I’m addicted to anything. Absolutely Not. I understand you want to make my co payment to keep me coming back but that’s not the way. That was a turn off and I wasted my money. Options medical was not like this and I’m still spending money with them after 2 years. If I had of known this 7 day medicine pill in the beginning - I would have never joined. Worst program ever! I would have gave a 0 but I do like some of the supplements that I did take that came with the starter kit.
