    I asked the pharmacist about flu vaccines/flu mist. She told me they only vaccinate 7 and up (my kids are 3 and 6) and she hasn’t seen the flu mist in years even though all the other pharmacies in town have it. These practices seem old, outdated and the woman seemed annoyed that I was even there in the first place. For a large chain, the offerings and service are not on par with other providers.

    I love this pharmacy! Liz, Kevin and the techs are so friendly and knowledgeable. If I have questions, they have the answers and are often smiling! I won’t go anywhere else!

    This pharmacy is quite good! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the pharmacy tech was quite rude, but the pharmacist was fantastic! There were some issues with the scripts sent in by our doctor and the pharmacist (Elizabeth?) told us exactly what we needed to get from our doctor, helped fix the dosage and even called us when she had our prescriptions ready! Truly wonderful service.

    Incompetent. We were in from out of town and knew we'd need to refill our pet's medicine. Since our pet cannot miss a dose, we wanted to make sure we had it at the right time, and went to the pharmacy talk with the pharmacist a few days in advance of the refill date. He looked up the script, assured us that they had the medicine in stock, and told us that he was putting the refill in for processing so we could pick it up the day after Christmas. On the 26th, not only was it not ready, they needed a new prescription from the vet, and it was out of stock. We were told meds were on order and to come back the next day after 1 pm. Next day at 3 pm, meds still aren't ready. We come back later only to find out they didn't even get the right dosages ordered. Completely ridiculous that it took 4 trips to fill a prescription and that the pharmacists continuously provided us with bad information about the status of critical medication.
