Literally at 42 years old I truly believe I have done every pill, plan, shot etc. But this one worked! It was hard I’m not gonna lie! The first couple days were very challenging as I got over sugar addiction and cutting out alcohol. There were days that I cheated and honestly just justified it with I don’t know that I can do this. But after being off the diet because I got pregnant I noticed something huge! And that was that my sugar addiction was gone! If anything I now crave savory food and I don’t have the compulsion to emotionally eat which is a pretty big deal when you’re pregnant
