Last night I drove to the drive thru to buy OTC meds coz my kid is sick and I have no choice but to take both my kids with me. Lady, Asian looking with brown colored hair came looking not in the mood already asking me about my first and last name and told her that. She then told me I don't have anything for you. I said I'm just here to buy Childrens Tylenol. She went and unhappily grabbed the item and then told me: We don't usually do that, next time you have to walk right through and grab the item. Well hello!!! It's freezing cold, my child is sick and I have a one year old with me! What is the purpose of the pharmacy drive thru anyways? Isn't it for people that are unable to physically walk-in inside and grab the meds themselves? She didn't even asked what I exactly needed, she just went ahead and assume and proceed to tell me something. I wish ya'll clear of what the pharmacy drive thru is all about!!! And also this would be the last place on Earth anyone would wanna do a drive thru if they could. Jewel Osco fix it!!!!!!!! I am hella disappointed and went to Walgreens to get the medicine I needed. Not happy at all!!!
