After each time I asked a question, it seemed like it was causing her great distress to provide me with info about which prescription it was, is there was anything I should know when I called me insurance company and how much it would cost me to pay out of pocket. When I thanked her for telling me the price, she hung up on me. I didn’t even get a chance to ask my next question before I realized the line was disconnected.
