  I was in and out within ten minutes! Everyone was super kind and the environment was very clean. They were urgent, attentive, and very sweet!

  Made me go to the ER, and prolonged my illness unnecessarily. I have been dealing with severe gastrointestinal symptoms for over two weeks. I came in requesting proper stool testing, including C. diff, but the care I received was incomplete and poorly handled. The stool sample I provided was mishandled and deemed inadequate, so multiple important tests were never actually performed. Despite being told I would be tested for common bacterial causes of diarrhea, they did not complete testing for Salmonella, Shigella, E. coli, or Campylobacter. These were listed as “not performed” due to specimen issues. Even more concerning, I specifically asked about testing for C. diff, and this was not done at all. This is a critical oversight, especially since I was prescribed antibiotics, which can increase the risk of C. diff infection. It also took over a week to receive results, only to find out that most of the testing was incomplete. As a result, I am still undiagnosed and now have to seek further care elsewhere while continuing to suffer. This experience significantly delayed appropriate diagnosis and treatment and caused unnecessary physical distress. I would strongly recommend improving specimen handling, communication, and ensuring that ordered tests are actually completed.

  Best urgent care/doctor’s office I’ve been to. The girl at the front desk was kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Registration was a breeze with her. The medical assistant who took me back for vitals was also kind, engaging, genuine, helpful, compassionate and a clear asset to the company. The PA was kind, compassionate, listened, explained things, made me feel seen, respected, and dignified. He addressed my issue and provided me with next steps should my issue escalate. My prescription was placed quickly. I am out of state so this urgent care was an oasis of help. Pleasant people who are good at what they do are hard to find! Thank you all!

  I paid $500 for an immigration physical exam at AFC Urgent Care. At no point was I informed that there was a deadline to complete vaccinations. There was nothing in writing on the receipt, and no one verbally explained any expiration policy. After completing my vaccines at CVS and returning with proof, I was told my case had “expired” and I would have to pay again. This is unacceptable. If there is a strict timeframe, it must be clearly disclosed before collecting payment. Failing to communicate this and then demanding additional fees is unprofessional and misleading. Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency.
