  I had a fantastic experience at Miracle-Ear Hearing in Mt Morris, IL. I walked there but somehow I managed to get lost. Which I'm doing regularly even though I've lived here for 2 1/2 years. I was very late and Matt still waited for me. I felt really bad. Matt reassured me that it wasn't a problem. He was professional and friendly. We discussed all of my information to make sure that it was updated and accurate. We discussed it further on a more personal level. Which I immediately felt comfortable doing because I knew that it would help me with my test and assessment overall. Matt was extremely knowledgeable when he was explaining how the procedure was going to work through the different stages. As we went through each one, he would ask me if I was okay and would explain the next phase. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during any part of the test. During some parts I felt like I was uncertain about whether or not I heard something. I wanted to make sure that I gave myself the best possible results. So I was as honest as I was always taught to be. When the test was over, Matt gave me my results. Which were not as well as I thought that they would be. He explained them to me through the graph 📈 📉 s on the screen. We discussed the results out loud between one another. It was then that I had a much better understanding of it all. I'm really glad and grateful that I went. Especially since I have the necessary information that I need to get a more informed diagnosis from a specialist. As soon as I make an appointment and get any type of results. I'll update my review. 👂

  Mom needed better hearing aids, but she did NOT want to pay the price for Miracle Ear. We talked her into trying it. Here we are a year later and she is so grateful she did! Quinn was informative, professional, patient and kind with my sandy mom as she wrote out the check. Can't say enough good things about Quinn and Miracle Ear. She's beyond pleased with the hearing aids and with Quinn.

  Quinn was excellent with my hearing test. I used to listen to a loud rock and roll and still do, But consequently have a hearing loss probably due to that. I've gotten excellent service very quick prompt service explains very well. It's amazing none of my friends could even tell that I had them in. So make your appointment today at miracle ear Mount Morris it's definitely worth it especially being able to hear Better.
