- WPWesley Powers3 days ago5.0Friendly staff, clean facility, abundance of cardio equipment. I like interacting with the staff here they’re always helpful. You don’t have to worry about touching a machine that somebody else has been on and getting their germs because the staff is literally always cleaning stuff in the place looks spotless. I like doing cardio and I never have to wait for a piece of cardio equipment so that is good. I do lift weights here sometimes, but I feel a little bit limited with my weightlifting here that’s my only gripe. I’m a black card member so I enjoy the amenities like the massage chair as well as bringing guest. 10/10!

When I reported it to the desk person, possibly the manager, they "weren't sure of the rules". He knows the judgemental "no grunting" rules but doesn't know this far more important rule? Not knowing this basic rule of law is inexcusable. Locker rooms and restrooms are one of the few places where we have a legal expectation of privacy.

Stray hairs and crusty stuff all over the walls. Yucky! Thankfully, that's an easy fix! Other than that the staff seemed nice and alert for a night crew.
