  Every single employee at this pharmacy goes above and beyond for me and my family. I have been going there for years. I would be hard pressed to go anywhere else. Thank you to all of the Kroger pharmacy staff.

  this is the cheapest place to get my dogs medication so i continue to come here but honestly have never had anything but issues with them. the first time i tried to use their automated refill system and was told that my pills would be ready the next day. i go in to pick them up and the staff has no idea i had even scheduled the refill. the woman behind the counter said it doesn’t really work and that it’s best to just talk to someone in the pharmacy. i feel that is extremely misleading and they shouldn’t have the automated system as an option if it is not connected to them. the woman who answers the phone is extremely off putting and rude. she acts as if it’s an inconvenience for me to ask her to refill a prescription, which is her job. on monday i called and asked to pick up a prescription on wednesday afternoon because Mt Vernon is entirely out of my way and i was told that would be perfect and was thanked for calling ahead. i arrived wednesday afternoon to find that nobody had even started the prescription and was there for almost an hour. what is the point of calling ahead if i am still going to wait that long. and of course the woman at the counter treated me as if i was bothering her by being there. if i could get the pills cheaper at walmart i would go there instead.

  Fantastic selection and sales and friendly staff. My only complaint is they sincerely have THE WORST baggers in the world! I swear they take classes on how to destroy items. I always prefer the hassle of dealing with self checkout so I can bag my own items.
