  Stopped going here when I moved . 1. The front desk was rude with me when I called to cancel my appointment when I had the flu. This was my first cancellation I know of. They had an attitude as though I do this all the time. Or can’t be relied upon to show up—yes sometimes patients get sick and why arrive to the dentist with an active illness ? 2. The dentist doesn’t have as good of a bedside manner as I thought . He made rude comments about my teeth . Even and especially when your patients teeth aren’t perfect why make a rude comment ?— such as do I suck on lemons ? Yes that’s exactly it —no not at all your not a medical doctor don’t comment on that and make wrong assumptions. There’s a tactful and constructive way to speak to patients about their current and future dental care and this wasn’t it for me. After trying to be a good sport and laughing and getting along with everyone I just lost the interest to come here and thought to myself I feel judged as hell . 3. The front desk didnt need to discuss my potential bill with me in the front desk in Front of everyone to hear . There needs to be a private hipaa complaint place to discuss these matters or call me when an estimate prior to service. I’ve never not paid my bill or amount due on service so I’m not sure why I needed to be talked to about it in this manner . I’m aware of my dental benefits and nothing was being collected taken from me so why was I being talked to as tho hey you might get a bill and you will need to pay —I know that and it’s assumed and it’s likely within the paperwork I signed to become apart of the practice . Not the right fit for me Nothing personal

  I had a great experience with Avid Dental! The team is always so nice, professional, and attentive. Thanks to them, my teeth are now perfectly straight, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

  I had a really good experience at Avid Dental. I went in to get Invisalign and everything honestly went super smooth from start to finish. The whole team is very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the whole process which I really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed and I felt like they actually cared about doing things right. I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking into Invisalign or just a reliable dental office in general.

  I had a great experience at this clinic. Dr. Wajih truly took care of my smile from Invisalign teeth straightening to everything else I needed. Clean office, great service, and excellent results. Highly recommend!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Wajih Al-chamaa is an absolute gem in Chicago! I’ve spent so long searching for an honest, trustworthy dentist in this city — someone who doesn’t try to upsell, doesn’t exaggerate problems, and actually cares about doing the job right. I finally found all of that (and more!) with Dr. Wajih Al-chamaa. His work is perfect, his attention to detail is on another level, and his honesty is something you rarely find nowadays. He explains everything clearly, treats patients with real respect, and you can feel that he genuinely wants the best for you not your wallet. I walked out of his clinic feeling relieved, grateful, and honestly shocked that a dentist like this still exists. If you’re reading this review, stop searching and book an appointment with him ASAP. You won’t regret it he deserves seven stars, not five!
