  I’m not a big fan of the dentist overall, due to some past negative experiences. However, this office is great! The office staff, hygienists and dentists are all wonderful. Very gentle and thorough. Billing has always been accurate and that is great, in and of itself.

  All the stall are genuinely friendly and professional. It turned out I needed a crown replacement and all options were informatively explained. The office is a wonderful environment that provided customer centric service. I would highly recommend Smalltown Dental for your dental needs.

  I recently switch my dental providers and wanted to try out Smalltown Dental. Let me just say, wise choice. The staff have been amazing and my dental hygienist Jaclyn is the best!! She is very personable and caring. She kept me at ease during my appointment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Smalltown dental is the best choice if you're looking for GREAT care and friendly staff. Thanks again to all of the staff for making my dental experience much easier than most.

  Generally I would not review a business before a procedure or services but I have to comment on how amazing this practice is! I have extreme reservations on going to the dentist due to past trauma. This office has been wonderful from the first time I called. The individual that answered the phone happily answered many questions & even looked up my insurance to discuss what would potentially be covered and not covered. I scheduled the initial appointment & was very happy from the beginning to the end of the visit. Amber answered any and all questions I had before Dr. Lexi came in. She too is such a wonderful person! They broke down what I needed done into separate visits, discussed cost estimates and logically planned it all out for me. I look forward to having the work I need done, done in the very near future by such a great group of individuals! I highly recommend this practice for any of your dental needs! 💕
