  They send kids out with no training. Then they make you pay to train them and also “QA”. Very poor quality.

  It is really disappointing to see how poorly ran this company is. Having worked at this location years ago and loving my experience it was the first place I recommended when my grandma was looking for a private caregiver for my great grandpa. We started services in mid October and in that short time have dealt with four calls off for overnight shifts. One of the shifts was a no show and my grandma received no communication that night from the office that there was a call in despite calling the company number when the worker did not show. It is understandable that at any job people will call off but the problem here is they offer no backup help other than a half hearted we are trying to see if anyone can come in. I can't fathom why a company that provides private care to people doesn't have an on call schedule for employees that can be called in when these things happen. I know other franchises like the one in Springfield have a backup schedule with workers for when these things happen. People rely on these services for family members as they can't provide the care themselves. My grandma who is 77 should not have to stay up all night to take care of my great grandpa because of short notice call offs with no backup help or solution. I would not recommend the Morton location to anyone anymore.

  Very happy with the care my parents received during time of need. Care givers were on time and polite. Staff very helpful with scheduling. Would definitely recommend Home Instead.
