I was told "It'll be ten minutes or less", and I check back in 20, and they say just a few more minutes, I check back 15 minutes after that and it's still not ready. I'd rather they just be honest and say it's not ready and it won't be ready for a long time. I don't need to spend hours of my day waiting at a pharmacy or in an expensive grocery store.
