- HHHope HenselApr 16, 20221.0This dentistry has gone way down! I got an exam with the new doctor in April and I've been in severe pain ever since! She told me that she was going to perform a filling and I let her do so. She never explained the other options, was extremely rough, and I had to go back TWICE afterwards for her making mistakes! After both visits I was in more pain and needed extensive work done. I called the office and asked to be reimbursed because they just caused me alot of pain and time and made my tooth worse! I told them I have to go to a specialist now to fix their mistakes. The really rude receptionist refused to give me a refund and had the guts to say that I had a $35 dollar bill coming in the mail. PLEASE go somewhere else for dentistry and save yourself the pain!!

It took a lot of appointments to get the mess inwas avoiding for many year back under control but I appreciate their conservative way of doing things. Like what is needed and preventative and what is not and they find a good balance. Would and have recommended to EVERYONE. My kids and myself all go here

I have stopped going there because of that reason alone. they also did a routine cleaning but told my insurance it was a scaling. instead of 100% paid I have to pay 20% because they marked the incorrect procedure. save yourself the hassle find someone else.
