  This dentistry has gone way down! I got an exam with the new doctor in April and I've been in severe pain ever since! She told me that she was going to perform a filling and I let her do so. She never explained the other options, was extremely rough, and I had to go back TWICE afterwards for her making mistakes! After both visits I was in more pain and needed extensive work done. I called the office and asked to be reimbursed because they just caused me alot of pain and time and made my tooth worse! I told them I have to go to a specialist now to fix their mistakes. The really rude receptionist refused to give me a refund and had the guts to say that I had a $35 dollar bill coming in the mail. PLEASE go somewhere else for dentistry and save yourself the pain!!

  I really liked this place when Dr. Jaeschke was there, but it has gone downhill. Very long waits to get an appointment, even when you need critical work done. Had pain after they did a crown, and every time I tried to get them to look at it, it was 60-90 days out. I suffered for a year because they overbook. And it has become a revolving door of different dentists, often with little experience. Final straw came when (yet another) inexperienced dentist, with a degree from a fancy school, but no bedside manner or experience, poo-poo'd the pain in my tooth after their crown. I'm not going there just for fun and to be told there's nothing wrong. Went to the dentist across the street who finally fixed what they did by correcting my bite. The crown was too high, but Miss Prissy Pants fancy University was too smug to figure it out and fix it.

  the people that work behind the desk and answer the phone, specifically Mary is extremely rude. I have stopped going there because of that reason alone. they also did a routine cleaning but told my insurance it was a scaling. instead of 100% paid I have to pay 20% because they marked the incorrect procedure. save yourself the hassle find someone else.
