  Called on the phone to get some information. The lady that answered was very rude, very unprofessional. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what. Will not be returning.

  I was having some issues with my vision that I wanted to get cleared up as soon as possible. I drove 30 minutes to this location because they had soonest availability in terms of the eye exams… now I know why, because they suck. I had two exams done in less than 24 hour period one day then the next and prescription was wrong both times. They wouldn’t listen to me expressing my concerns. Then I go up front to get prescription in my glasses and I came back to pick them up after 20 minutes and they were totally not right I couldn’t see at all. They told me I needed to adjust to it. I have been wearing glasses every day for 12 years and never had such a painful “adjustment” period. I went back next day and had them look at it because I couldn’t see at all. I had two separate pairs both of which were supposed to have same prescription. Going back next day they admitted to me that they made them wrong and that they weren’t the same prescription and one pair had left lens flipped upside down and right lens was not centered properly. They fixed that pair with new prescription that was still wrong and then didn’t even bother to do the other pair or even fix the other pair as they wanted me to just go home and see how these worked first. Fast forward couple weeks and tried another location with no further success. Will be taking my business elsewhere permanently. Wasted hundreds of dollars on glasses I can’t even use because they couldn’t make them right.

  Had the same experience as previous reviewer: waited at the desk for quite some time for the next available representative, it's super busy I get it, so she calls the old woman who walked in one minute ago and is behind us up to the desk. Okay. You don't want our business I also get that.

  Waited a whole hour for the next employee to walk in because they were short staffed for her to pick somebody else that she felt was more important

  I got glasses from here roughly 2 years ago. I was telling my mom that I've never been able to see right out of the glasses I got from vision for less in Moline, IL a couple days ago and she then told me that herself and her fiance both got the wrong prescription in the eye glasses they got from Vision for Less in Moline and they both had to bring the glasses back to them so the could get new lenses for them. The eye exam that I received as well was not even a full eye exam. After getting the glasses from here I have not been able to see anything close up such as when trying to read. So I would have to say that I too must have received the prescription for my eyes in glasses from here. UPDATE to the response from Vision For Less, Im sorry but the Doctor being an independent contractor and "not" working for Vision For Less is nothing more than an escape goat for you to use. I mean I walked into Vision For Less and had an eye exam from the eye Dr that Vision For Less has working inside there store so that would make the dr an employee that is trusted by your company one would think. I did a Google search on where to get glasses in an hour and your store came up so I made an appointment. I assumed like any normal person would that making an eye exam appointment with an eye Dr that does eye exams inside your store would mean that Vision For Less backs this doctors skills and would require the Dr to do business the way vision for less requires them to do. And anyhow whose to say this eye doctors eye exam was what was wrong here. It could of been that my prescription that was put in the lenses was WRONG as well. Nice of you to point your fingers at the eye doctor though. Very professional of you. I think contacting this eye Dr is a good idea so I can let him know that vision for less is trying to throw him under the bus like you are as if it couldn't if very well been vision for less fault too since vision for less had at the very least 2 other patients that you did put the wrong prescription in there glasses. The other 2 people had a full eye exam so pry wasn't eye Dr fault on them 2. All I was looking for was maybe a sorry. Not for you to act as if you did no wrong.
