I started with easier exercises, due to the pain when putting any weight on my right knee. I highly recommend Rock Valley Therapy and Danny! I just hope I am able to get one more appointment with him! I was able to schedule all but 1 appointment time with Sierra. So I was able to schedule 11 of the 12 appointments!
