The new manager, Rashi (cant recall her full name), is outstanding — professional, smart, and very tech-savvy. While resolving my issue and helping me with the app, I also noticed her efficiently handling several other members’ concerns at the same time. The club is clean, well-maintained, and clearly under great leadership. The morning staff is also friendly, courteous, and professional. Truly impressed!
