- TGT GJun 12, 20255.0Our family has been using Home Instead and their excellent caregivers since October 2024. Specifically the Client Care Coordinator, Jody, has been outstanding. Our aunt needed daily home visits to ensure she was eating and able to complete all her daily actions around her home. They were very attentive and helpful and in particular Shay and Lynn were outstanding. One of the initial care givers wasn't a fit, but Home Instead immediately reacted to our request to change to another care giver and everything worked out beautifully. We so appreciate the professionalism of coordinating our aunt's care and the actual level of care she continues to be provided. It is without hesitation we recommend Home Instead to anyone that has family members that need home assistance. Thank you Jody!
