- AHAlyssa HoweJul 22, 20251.0I will probably be taking my service elsewhere. Half of the time there's about 8 people back there, yet you wait forever. And here's the best part. I'm not one to wish bad upon anyone, and I don't like seeing people lose their jobs, but I will do everything in my power to have two of the young girls find a job that's more suited for them. I will be looking back at names. The girl with the green in her hair is beyond unproffessional, and the blonde chick with her hair in a pony tail is just as rude. My mom has dementia and needs some extra help I can't provide. Well.. while I was in the check out lane, I overheard the girl with green in her hair speaking to someone that I could tell was my mother. She rolled her eyes the entire time. When she hung up, her and the blonde one started making fun of her. Talking about how my mom asks the same questions and " she isn't just wasting her time, she is wasting everyone's." Then, I watched her look at the caller ID as the phone rang, and she picked up the phone, and just hung it up. This is unacceptable behavior and I will be reaching out to the highest level of management I possibly can for these two to be reprimanded. They are there to help, not criticize. I also find it very disrespectful that they speak so loudly. How ironic that I was standing in line. Before I left, I mentioned to them that I know for a fact they were speaking to my mother. They had nothing to say. Just dirty looks. Watch what you say in a customer service environment. Someone is always watching or listening and they definitely messed up this time. Mark my words, consequences will come from this behavior.
