I really appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was, and the office itself was clean and well-organized. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.

In 2024 when I got my glasses, I was told there was a mix-up and I didn't have insurance added at the time of checkout when my frames broke a few months in. Considering replacement frames were about $200 for that pair, I just used my old glasses until it was time to get new ones. The most recent pair took about a month to acquire. I had some issues with seeing in them because of the progressive prescription, and they says to give it some time with adjustment with an eye issue I was getting treated at my opthalmologist. The hinge broke off in less than three months, even though I was very careful to return then to a case and not fall asleep in them. I got told again that there was no insurance, and I'm sure I added the coverage, considering that even with insurance, these were about $800. They wanted nearly $300 just for replacement frames. I like the doc and staff here, so that's what got the two stars. The three are lost on whatever happened with this twice now with insurance not being added to my glasses.

I was able to get in very quickly. The staff were very helpful. Hector went above and beyond trying to make sure I was able to get the most value for my money. I appreciated how he went the extra mile. I will certainly be back and would recommend this location.
- SSStasha SmithFeb 4, 20261.0This is one of the worst places I have ever been to do my glasses!! After being given a prescription there was no PD to order my glasses online. I called and the person who answered the phone when asked about the PD laughed at me. Stating whoever I'm getting my glasses from should do my PD. This is crazy! Ur trying to force me to get glasses from you. Even Walmart provides PDs!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! When I asked to speak to the provider the man at the front desk stated he is the provider. Just unprofessional and unethical!!!!!!
