A special thank-you to Hector, who went above and beyond to help me choose the right frames and the best type of glasses for my needs. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, made great recommendations, and found me the best possible solution at the best price. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well taken care of. The eye doctor and the entire office were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye care center. I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

Office manager Carlos is beyond combative after i informed that the charges on my receipt did not make sense to me. I wanted to make adjustment and informed me that he is unable to adjust. Refuse to void and refund me my money. Should have stayed with EyeMed!!! Did not give me a the dollar amount on each up charge and assumed that I would know because he was showing me a screen.
