I was able to get in very quickly. The staff were very helpful. Hector went above and beyond trying to make sure I was able to get the most value for my money. I appreciated how he went the extra mile. I will certainly be back and would recommend this location.

I called and the person who answered the phone when asked about the PD laughed at me. Stating whoever I'm getting my glasses from should do my PD. This is crazy! Ur trying to force me to get glasses from you. Even Walmart provides PDs!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! When I asked to speak to the provider the man at the front desk stated he is the provider. Just unprofessional and unethical!!!!!!

We were never clearly informed that follow-up monitoring would be limited to only one appointment per year. The cost of MiSight is not just for contact lenses — it should include optometrist monitoring of myopia progression, including regular prescription/vision checks and axial length monitoring (eye growth) when available. When I asked about follow-ups, I was told this is all they offer. We will be finding a new provider that offers true myopia management with appropriate monitoring for children.

A special thank-you to Hector, who went above and beyond to help me choose the right frames and the best type of glasses for my needs. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, made great recommendations, and found me the best possible solution at the best price. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well taken care of. The eye doctor and the entire office were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye care center. I highly recommend Pearle Vision to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.
