Sam the team member was very helpful and friendly he provided me with all my options and was quick to help me (the call was like 5min). I 10/10 recommend this gym it’s always clean, great parking, and extremely friendly/professional employees.

I was given a temporary credit but then got charged October 23,2025. Called the store they told me theres nothing they can do about it October 24,2025. They told me my account was still active and i told them an employee canceled it for me. My account active but i wasnt charged monthly? But was charged an annual fee?

Then when i got to take a shower, he then stands next to the showers as if he's making mop buckets and literally staring at me undress. I told him to stop. he laughs and smiles. and says '"wauuut" like it's funny. His acts and peeking in the change room in the showers watching through the mirrors. He doesn't even do anything with the mop buckets. all they have to do is talk to the morning crew about this and they will all vouch for what I'm saying because they've apologized on behalf of him. He's very manipulative and tries to make people seem like their crazy when you ask him to stop. THIS NEEDS TO STOP TODAY!!!
