None of my 2025 information appeared in their system, including my eye exam where my eyes were dilated and the glasses I purchased there—despite me having proof of that purchase. This raised concerns about how patient records are managed. Additionally, the staff member who reviewed my eye insurance was not very helpful. When I asked questions about lens options (such as glare protection), she responded using only technical or medical terms without explaining them in a way that was easy to understand. As a patient, I expect clear and accessible communication, especially when making decisions about my care and purchases. Overall, I was disappointed with both the lack of accurate record-keeping and the level of customer service. I hope the office improves both their system organization and how they communicate with patients in the future.
