    Never heard of making an appointment for New Patient on the phone and once at the location, they can't find an account nor an appointment for me. Very strange. Glad you exist though, none the less.

    My wife called to cancel an appointment multiple times, but couldn't get an answer. Eventually she left message, but it was past the 24 hours before her appointment. They charged her $85 for a missed appointment when they don't even answer their phones. When they finally called back, it was someone they source from another country.They don't even have the common courtesy to answer their own calls or return them. 0 out of 10.

    This is the type of practice that makes you jump through 15 automated responses just to possibly speak to the front desk. Then you’ll leave a message w/o a call back. Tells you everything you need to know about their level of care.

    You can't make an appointment online because none of the providers have any schedules posted or anything to click on to even make appointments. The website says they are taking new patients but there is nothing to fill out, no available appointments, just a blank field box with nothing to click on. When you call no one answers so it sends you to a call center where they tell you that they are only accepting patients who need medication. This entire place is nothing more than a private equity firm that has taken over healthcare and destroyed it. I don't think this place has any real employees.

    This is coming as an advocate on behalf of a patient. I have known specialty clinics that struggle with communication with patients but none as severe as this facility. There are very little phone calls back, my chart messages not being addressed appropriately. Specifically, there are concerns with getting prescriptions filled at pharmacies that the office states are being addressed that when speaking directly with the pharmacy they are not. This facility does not seem to have this patient's best interests are heart. She utilizes mychart because when trying to utilize the phone to communicate no one answers or she gets no response back. Then she is instructed to not use mychart as it is for emergency purposes only. That makes no sense. A mychart should never be used for emergencies, a telephone should so a patient can be appropriately triaged. This patient has had nothing but headaches in dealing with providers who do not listen to her or respond in any type of timely manner. Overall terrible service provided. I will be attending the next appointment to be sure that the patient is seen and heard appropriately. After working in healthcare for over 15 years I can honestly say that the experience that has been had by this patient is heart breaking. I also know the generic response of we have no staff will be utilized as an excuse. Unfortunately, perhaps there should be provider education on how to best stand up for and advocate for patient concerns. These patients are at your mercy. You should serve them with the greatest care and love as they entrust you with some of the most difficult times of their lives.
